All jewelry items are originals, created by hand from sheet metal and wire. Occasionally, pieces have a manufactured element (some ear wires, for example). I source stones from a variety of US dealers; stones are mined and cut globally. I always try to deal with ethical businesses.
I do not repair jewelry, other than my own. If something breaks due to a maker error (as determined by me), I will repair or exchange for something comparable within 14 days of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear MAY be reparable for a fee. Ear wires can catch and bend easily - be careful! Most stones should not be worn while bathing.
Silver and copper tarnish easily. I do NOT coat my pieces to prevent tarnish. Never use a silver dip to clean! I recommend a gentle rub with a Sunshine Polishing Cloth.
Custom orders require a contract and a minimum of 50% nonrefundable deposit. Please do not ask me to replicate another artist's work. We all draw from the world around us, but each artist's work is their own. Contact me for specifics.
Can you find less expensive jewelry elsewhere? Of course! Machine made jewelry you buy online or in retail stores is much less expensive to make. Please support local jewelry artists like myself, as our heart, sweat, and (sometimes) tears go into our work!
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds. I may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out.
